How we can help
From support finding training and work, to setting up a social enterprise, we provide a range of support for clients. All our services aim to provide convenient and reliable support that aids client’s mental health and wellbeing.
In work support
The In-Work Service exists to help employers effectively manage and support staff impacted by mental health challenges to stay well and in-work.
We work collaboratively with both employers and employees to promote the personal recovery of clients by helping to improve work conditions and reduce stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace.
Getting back to work
Our range of services provide direct support to clients at every stage of their job search, attainment and retention process, all with a focus on honouring client preference.
We also provide support clients to access volunteering, apprenticeships, work experience placements and find free accredited training opportunities. In some instances, we can provide partial funding for courses.
Starting a business
For many individuals with mental health issues, self-employment can be very appealing. Allowing the client autonomy to set the work they want to do, how they work and what hours.
We provide specialist support for clients interested in setting up their own business. Clients who use this service can decide at what pace they want to progress their plans.
