Introduction
We work with partners across the public, private and third sector who care about employment, mental health and recovery. Together, we support clients and the wider community to realise their ambitions and build lives that are meaningful for them.
ELFT
East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) ELFT provides a wide range of community and inpatient services to children, young people, adults of working age, older adults and forensic services to the city of London, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets , Bedfordshire and Luton.
ELFT is a key partner for Working Well in Tower Hamlets as many of our staff are co-located in their mental health recovery teams. Co-location enables us to work alongside mental health professionals to support people with mental health issues return to work in a way that is in line with the client’s recovery goals. We also depend on these mental health professionals to refer clients to all of our services.

Visit websiteMental Health Employment Partnership
Mental Health and Employment Partnership was set up in 2015 to drive a large-scale expansion of high-quality supported employment programmes for people with mental health issues and other groups with health conditions and disabilities. It does this by combining national and local outcomes-based funding to scale up evidence-based services. It is supported by a pool of socially-motivated investment capital from Big Issue Invest, which allows us to offer flexible, lower-risk contracts to providers.
